Terms & Conditions
Current version
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of homerenewbuild.com (the “Website”) and your engagement of Home Renew Build (“Home Renew Build”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for home renovation services. By using the Website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
1. Our Services
Home Renew Build provides residential renovation services including, without limitation: home decor & interior design, home exterior & garden renovation, home security, fire safety, home loan and warranty support, roofing upgrades, solar upgrades, window replacement, home flooring upgrades, and bathroom remodeling. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a written quote or contract we provide for your signature before work begins.
2. Quotes & Estimates
- Free consultations are provided at no charge and create no obligation.
- Quotes are fixed-price for the scope described and remain valid for the period noted on the quote unless stated otherwise.
- Any change to the approved scope requires a written change order signed by you before additional work proceeds.
- Quotes exclude taxes, permits, and third-party costs unless expressly included.
3. Scheduling & Delays
We publish a target schedule at contract signing. Delays caused by weather (including Central New York winter conditions), utility outages, permit wait times, supply-chain shortages, or conditions concealed within the structure that could not reasonably be discovered at inspection may extend the schedule. We will communicate delays promptly and in writing where practicable, and goodwill credits for significant schedule overruns caused by us will be discussed in good faith at that time.
4. Payments & Financing
- Payment schedules are defined in your contract — typically a mobilization deposit, progress payments tied to completed phases, and final payment on walkthrough completion.
- Amounts left overdue may bear interest at the maximum rate permitted by New York law.
- Financing arranged through our lending desk is between you and the lender; we are not a lender and make no representations about loan terms.
5. Your Responsibilities
To keep a project on schedule, we ask that you: (a) provide timely decisions on selections and approvals; (b) keep the work area accessible per the agreed schedule; (c) disclose known structural, water-intrusion, asbestos, or lead conditions before work begins; and (d) ensure required permits are obtained where we have agreed to pull them on your behalf.
6. Warranty
Workmanship is warranted in writing for the period stated in your contract, from final walkthrough, covering defects in our workmanship (not normal wear, misuse, or third-party damage). Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment (windows, solar, roofing, security hardware, etc.) remain with the respective manufacturers, and we will register them for you. Warranty claims are honored by repair or, at our election, replacement of the affected work. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under New York law.
7. Insurance & Liability
We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Each contract defines the parties' responsibility for insurance of the property and contents during the project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a project is limited to the value of the work performed under the applicable contract, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. 10. Third-Party Links & Programs
References to utility programs, incentive programs (federal or state), and lending partners describe offerings generally available as of the publication date. Program terms, rates, and eligibility change; we will verify current availability for your specific project before you commit, but final approval always rests with the respective program administrator or lender.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we commit to good-faith negotiation first; unresolved disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Onondaga County, New York.
12. Severability & Changes
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
